Chuck is currently the Dean of the School of Public Service and Administration at Anderson University in South Carolina.  He retired in 2018 from the Guilford County Sheriff's Department after 30 years of service and with the rank of Major.  He holds a PhD from NC A&T State University and a MPA from NC Central University.  Chuck also serves on the board of directors of Greensboro Youth Baseball, Malachi House and Triad Adult and Pediatric Medicine.
